RISK CONSULTANT with 19 years experience gained within loss adjusting firms, insurance brokers and law firms, over 10 years specialising in liability claims and risk management. Experienced in the investigation and defending of Employers Liability, Public Liability, Industrial Disease and Professional Indemnity claims. Currently has a delegated authority of up to £100,000, managing claims in excess of his delegated authority with underwriter referral. Handles liability claims from cradle to grave, advising on policy coverage and completing desktop investigations in compliance with SLA requirements.  Seeking an external liability adjusting role.
