Has undertaken property visits and handled defects from simple cosmetic areas to major & catastrophic foundation failure. Has managed projects up to £1.7 million and is familiar with reviewing estimates. Has prepared basic schedules of work for term contracts.

Applicant Qualifications

Associate Member of the Institute of Leadership & Management. Part qualified in the Chartered Insurance Institutes Certificate of Insurance practice.
