CLAIMS CONTROLLER who has gained extensive industry experience across a wide variety of roles. Has extensive personal lines property experience dealing with large loss technical claims including subsidence, as well as strong stakeholder management skills. Currently designs, implements, organises and leads the review programme of loss adjusters covering household, commercial property and subsidence claims. This involves both the technical review of the claims handling and/or service provided by the supplier, including measuring performance across key performance indicators including adherence to service level agreements, reserving, reporting, complaint handling, General Data Protection Regulation, Treating Customers Fairly, best practice and recording leakage and ensuring good customer outcomes.
