RESOURCE BUSINESS PARTNER with 12 years general insurance experience gained within both a broker and insurer environments. Since 2014 has worked within the recruitment sector. Currently responsible for recruiting Registered Nurses and Clinical Support workers and actively promoting the staff bank within the trust. Prior to this, managed over 20 staff in the UK and overseas call centres. Previously whilst working within the insurance industry, handled a portfolio of high net worth home, motor, travel, pet and liability claims. Has also proactively managed a portfolio of over 70 cases of domestic subsidence claims.  Having spent time in a management position, is now interested in looking at new opportunities to progress career both professionally and personally within the insurance industry.
