CONTRACTS MANAGER/SURVEYOR/ADJUSTER who has worked within the building repair sector since 2000. Has been responsible for surveying domestic and commercial properties including major loss building claims up to £100,000. Producing accurate schedules of work, also dealt with roof repairs, trace and access reports and checked the quality and validity of the reports. Has carried out inspections, validations and repudiations as required. Currently handling a portfolio of third party property losses.

Applicant Qualifications

Working towards Cert CILA. ICIOB, HND and HNC.
