SURVEYING TEAM LEADER with general insurance experience gained within insurer and adjusting environments. Initially handled a caseload of commercial packages motor trade, property owners, household, motor, commercial vehicle and tractor claims. Joined current employer undertaking investigations on low value household claims from cradle to grave up to £100,000. More recently has undertaken a team leader role managing a team of claims handlers and regional surveyors.
