UNDERWRITING TEAM MANAGER who has gained over 24 years’ experience within the insurance industry in various roles. Is an expert in fraud, risk assessment, decision making, department and team performance management. Leads individuals and teams (large and small) to growth through his personality and management style. Currently responsible for managing training and ongoing management and development of scheme underwriters. Prior to this role, was Schemes Underwriter for 17 Schemes valued in excess of £20,000,000 and had relationship management with Business Owners, Company Directors and key Directors of client partners.  Seeking a new challenge.

Applicant Qualifications

Has passed the equivalent of the Certificate of the Chartered Insurance Institute.
