Applicant Profile

QUANTITY SURVEYOR/ESTIMATOR with extensive experience gained at domestic level but has been involved with larger projects. Fully conversant with contract forms and H&S legislation and has experience of dealing with schedule of rates, valuations, final accounts, reporting and budgets. Experienced with Local Authority and private work and also as a quantity/building surveyor dealing with home insurance claims and specialising in subsidence work.

Applicant Qualifications

RICS Parts 1 and 2 in Quantity Surveying.
