SENIOR COMMERCIAL BROKER/UNDERWRITER who has gained over 21 years’ insurance experience working for insurers, agents and brokers in underwriting, sales and support roles. Currently working as part of a team of brokers handling large commercial cases and is responsible for looking after a book of business alongside the Account Executives. Duties include new business and renewal broking and negotiation, dealing with clients and insurers and producing relevant documentation. Also carries out Quality Monitoring for the members of the team on a monthly basis, liaising with insurers, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, insurers and other team members. Seeking to return to working within an underwriting role.

Applicant Qualifications

Certificate in Insurance Level 3 (QCA). NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration & Customer Services
