DESK BASED FRAUD INVESTIGATOR with extensive customer service experience gained predominantly in a claims based environment ranging from Motor, Household and Personal Injury including Fraud Investigation, Commercial Claims and Credit Hire Claims.
Most recently RTA Fraud Investigator and is responsible for investigating a variety of motor based fraud predominantly RTA’s.
Has also worked as a Fraud Investigator involving complex claims.
Prior to this a Technical Claims Handler managing own complex personal injury caseload ranging from Personal Motor, Commercial Motor Fleet and Personal Household claims
