SENIOR TECHNICAL CLAIMS NEGOTIATOR who has gained 11 years industry experience. Currently responsible for the full handling of Commercial Property and Personal Lines claims with Delegated Authority from 5 Insurers up to £100,000 on a cradle to grave basis and non-delegated handling authority from a number of other Insurers.  Is the Assigned handler for Directors & Officers, Liability, Professional Indemnity policies and Large/Major Loss claims. Designated Complaints Handler for claims including unresolved complaints working strictly to FOS guidelines.

Certificate in Insurance Institute, BDMA Ins Tech.
