RESIDENTIAL & COMMERCIAL PROJECT MANAGER with extensive experience gained within the UK public and private sector, construction sectors, including property maintenance companies, house builders and commercial developers. Experienced in carrying out residential and commercial structural surveys. Has also worked for large home improvement and maintenance contracting and restoration companies. Has claims management experience from cradle to grave.

Applicant Qualifications

Student of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Member of the Surveying and Valuation Association. Member of the Residential Property Surveyor Association. Level 6 Diploma in Residential Surveying and Valuation.
