DOMESTIC MAJOR LOSS ADJUSTER ASSISTANT who has gained a wealth of experience in the loss adjusting and insurance industry. Experienced in handling a wide range of claims including Commercial & Domestic Property, Major Loss, Subsidence and Personal Injury.  Currently handles a caseload of Domestic Major Loss cases, assisting two Major Loss Adjusters with a portfolio of domestic losses over £100,000. Maintains service standards, compilation of reports and correspondence. Issues payments to policyholders and suppliers for settlement within an agreed delegated authority. Handles claims in line with client specifications and the appropriate service standards while providing a high level of customer care.  Remains interested in new opportunities that includes commercial losses.
