UNDERWRITING TEAM LEADER who has gained over 25 years’ experience within general insurance and investment administration environments. Is an underwriter currently responsible for a team of 10 existing business underwriters, writing Farm Combined policies. Prior to this role held various underwriting positions and worked as an Insurance Advisor.  Currently responsible for staff training, development plans, 1-1's and appraisals. Control of workflow to ensure all service standards are met and weekly reports/updates to Senior Management/Directors.  Keen to expand current insurance knowledge within a challenging new role.

Applicant Qualifications

Certificate of the Chartered Insurance Institute.  BSc (Hons) in Psychology.
