Has latterly helped develop and progress the department, looking to bring innovation and improve the customer journey whilst reducing the impact to both the client and customer. Currently holds full department autonomy overseeing all divisional aspects. Ensures that department SLA's, KPI's and MI targets are met and manages the department budgets. Undertakes in house training to ensure all staff are fully aware of industry changes and new innovation.

Certificate of the Chartered Insurance Institute. BDMA Senior Technician. MA Dry. Dewpoint Technician.
