As a Field Investigator investigated Claims / Policies / organised networks for a number of streams such as Private Motor/Commercial Motor/Home Insurance/Commercial Property and Large Loss. Conducted investigations into Large Loss Claims / Liability and Injury Claims.
Interviewed and obtained live CPR complaint statements from Claimants / Defendants and Witnesses, conducted investigations involving surveillance and trancing enquiries.
Booked and conducted own appointments, covering a large geographical region. Conducted audits on files, was a mentor for aspiring investigators and was a designated relationship manager between the department and different suppliers.

Applicant Qualifications

Accredited Counter Fraud Specialist. IQ Level Award for Professional Investigators.
