CLAIMS MANAGER with 9 years insurance experience gained within the claims sector. Currently dealing with motor claims on a cradle to grave basis. Current portfolio is around 40-50 claims. Handles existing and new enquiries. Prior to this as a Claims Handler processed claims from first notification through to settlement, arranged engineer inspections/hire vehicles, repairs,  recovered all monies, heads of claims and disbursements, issued court proceedings/part 36 offers and settled personal injury claims.  Developed a wide range of selling techniques (with both inbound and outbound call centres), the different methods of rapport building and questioning skills and ability to communicative effectively.  Skills also include coaching ability, planning and organising, meeting deadlines and hitting targets and providing first class customer service.
