HELPDESK ADVISOR with 7 years industry experience.  Currently handles both inbound and outbound telephone calls on the Learner Driver Helpdesk managing telephone calls from clients and prospective clients. Is compliant with knowledge of the products dealt with on a daily basis acting as a referral point for less experienced staff.  Previously worked in a smaller independent brokerage dealing with a range of smaller commercial risks and personal lines covers.  Seeking a more challenging role within Account Handling.

Applicant Qualifications

Cert CII IF1 and IF2. NVQ Level 1 and 2 in Retail/Financial Services.
