HOME/MOTOR CLAIMS HANDLER who has gained over 5 years industry experience.  Currently deals with complaints and more complex claims and queries and is fully able to deal with household liability claims and questions. Able to provide feedback and help if there are any problems being either personal or work related. In current role, has been promoted to POD Leader where is responsible for the training and development of new staff. This has provided experience in a management role as carries out team meetings, 1:1's and any other HR related issues. Also has to deal with identifying and dealing with performance related issues and also handling KPI's. Following on from this position, recently secured a position in the back office Motor department, this enabled handling skills of motor claims including credit hire, GTA and third party damage including property. Is able to handle own case load of claims and keep them updated on a daily basis.
