EXECUTIVE SUPPORT TEAM LEADER who has gained over 3 years industry experience. Current duties include, allocating tasks out between the team, liaising with Insurers, Brokers, Third parties, Policyholders and most of all assisting the Executive adjusters. Is responsible for appointing suppliers, taking calls, making calls out to Policyholders to increase pro-activity, monitoring pro-activity, conducting validation of contents lists and chasing updates on claims. As a Team Leader, drives the team to complete all tasks daily, conducting one to ones, conducting call audits and monitoring daily output.

Whilst working in Australia, dealt with cyclone and Brisbane flood claims. Held a caseload of 80 claims valued up to $100,000. Also dealt with the New Zealand Earthquakes for the commission.
