COMMERCIAL ACCOUNT HANDLER who has gained 8 years industry experience. Was responsible for clients with a variety of different risks with specific responsibility for those clients coming up to first renewal after inception. Dealt with mid-term adjustments and all payments until time for renewal. Dealt with a variety of client trades including, Engineers, Bus Drivers, Shop Managers and locomotive owners. Previously worked in a team of 7 colleagues dealing with the servicing of the motorhome account. Handled mid-term adjustments, cancellations, accounts, complaints and any general queries.  Skills include: Ability to work independently, good communication skills, takes pride in work, able to work confidently as part of a team, excellent at working under pressure, prioritise work accordingly and creativity.  Enthusiastic, dedicated and motivated individual, ability to gain new skills quickly, seeking an opportunity to develop knowledge within a progressive organisation.
