LEGAL PROFESSIONAL who was admitted as a Solicitor and has gained 8 years experience within the legal sector.  Within current role, drafts, reviews, negotiates and closes a wide range of high value commercial transactions and legal documents that are not limited to; product, servicing, licensing, advertising, agency, disclosure & confidentiality agreements etc with reputable suppliers and customers within the retail, insurance, finance, utility and advertising sector. Provides legal advice and support to stakeholders within the group, to identify, mitigate and report to senior management on legal risks arising saving costs. Assists in the development and implementation of advertising campaigns to generate an increase in turnover.

 

Applicant Qualifications

Admitted as a Solicitor.  Legal Practice Course. LLB (Hons) Law 2:1.
