Considers key skills to be communication; working under pressure to deadlines and targets; and most importantly, delivering outstanding customer service.  Much of work experience relates to the insurance industry, and while technical expertise is rooted in insurance, skills in administration, management, marketing and customer service are transferable to any industry.  Returning to the job market after a career break, is looking forward to a new challenge.

Master of Business Administration.  Diploma in Insurance, (Chartered Insurance Instute).
