Currently answers incoming calls and answers queries for insurance companies, loss adjusters and policy holders. Makes outbound calls to follow up own queries. Follows data protection regulations at all times. Processes and actions interim reports to progress policy holders claims. Handles own clients. Follows the claims through from when they come into the company until works are complete. Takes card payments over the phone, following all security procedures. Enters claims onto the system within the allocated service levels.
