CUSTOMER SERVICES TEAM OPERATIONS TEAM MANAGER with over 8 years experience gained within senior and managerial positions. Most recently a Team Manager of a customer services team responsible for monitoring performance and delivering results for a series of KPIs and SLAs.  Prior to this as Customer Service Coach was responsible for training and developing a team handling credit hire, personal injury, accident management and vehicle repair.

Applicant Qualifications

BTEC National Diploma. ILM Introductory Certificate First Line Management.
