THIRD PARTY MOTOR CLAIMS HANDLER who has gained over 10 years customer service experience and over 4 years claims experience within the insurance industry.  Currently looks after innocent parties following an incident, ensures liability is established on the outset. Provides excellent customer services throughout the claims journey. Puts forward ideas to improve the journey that customers have and uses a smarter objective when dealing with existing claims. Prior to this role, handled personal motor claims as a dedicated handler for customers. Took part in a knowledge exchange programme with the colleagues in India, where visited the Mumbai and Bangalore sites to see hands on how they worked and how it was different to the UK. As a centre of excellence the decision was made to have the claims team solely based in the UK. Whilst the transition was taking place, stepped up to assist the TCH team with queries and CHT to ensure service levels were being met. In line with providing an excellent claims journey, assisted new starters in the team, doing some coaching and training with them and others.  Seeking career progression in a role where skills and experience can be fully utilised.
