MOTOR CLAIMS HANDLER/ADMIN SUPPORT who has gained experience within a firm of solicitors and a leading insurance company following 4 years previous customer service experience.  Experienced in taking inbound calls from potential claimants, accurately logging details of any accident and parties involved. Negotiates with garages, suppliers and legal services to progress any claims. Previously worked for an insurance company within a claims support role specialising in equine losses.  Seeking an opportunity to develop claims knowledge.
