DOMESTIC PROPERTY/TRAVEL CLAIMS TECHNICIAN who has gained over 6 years industry experience. Experienced in home and travel insurance claims. Liaises with insurance companies, customers and suppliers to resolve claims as quickly and efficiently as possible. On a daily basis, completes tasks to manage the claims which have been assigned to the team. Maintains regular contact with the insurance companies by way of writing reports and making them aware of the present position of the claim. Also maintains regular contact with customers via email and telephone building a good working relationship with them based on trust and honesty. Answers calls that come into the team and tries to resolve issues for other loss adjusters and colleagues.
