SALES & SERVICE TEAM LEADER who has gained extensive knowledge of working in an FCA regulated environment.  Has worked within a regulated contact centre environment for 7 years gaining a proven track record of driving performance through effective leading by example techniques and of delivering both sales and compliance targets with success. Currently manages, motivates and lead a team of fifteen sales and service colleagues, inclusive of two specialists. Ensures adherence to sales KPI targets for personal lines insurance products and cross sales of ancillary products alongside a constant commitment to compliance, regulatory guidelines and TCF principles. Alongside leading the team to success using recognition and reward, also manages a client relationship for this outsourced campaign and liaises with key stake holders each day to ensure confidence and commitment are both demonstrated and installed.
