CUSTOMER SERVICES AGENT who has gained experience spanning over 11 years with 7 years call centre experience.  Currently as an inbound call handler provides the full range of services for a credit card company. Deals with a wide range of account queries whilst adhering to the DPA. Processes correspondence including referrals and spreadsheets. Handles increased credit limit calls. Processes payments, changing due dates and all associated administration. Uses a CRM system and accurately inputs and updates data. Prior to this role, dealt with outbound calling to promote online banking. Assisted customers to register for the service. Received inbound calls to support personal and business customers with online banking issues such as technical problems and payment queries.  Seeking a new challenge with career potential.
