CORPORATE/COMMERCIAL CLAIMS HANDLER who has gained over 11 years industry experience. Possesses excellent management skills and has the ability to work with staff at every level whilst leading a team of 40 or more. Has an in-depth and expert knowledge of motor insurance claims processes and procedures including Third Party claims, Credit Hire, Personal Injury, Liability, Motor Insurance Fraud and complaints procedure. More recently role has widened knowledge to include Commercial Claims, Public Liability, Employers Liability, Disease, Travel, Goods in Transit claims, Household Claims and Household Fraud. Has experience in Civil Litigation process and timelines.  Seeking a new career opportunity, closer to home.

Currently working towards the Certificate of the Chartered Insurance Institute.
