CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT ANALYST who has gained extensive experience within the same company spanning over 7 years. Currently works as part of a wider project team to deliver larger operational improvements including any corporate change programmes. Owns, develops and leads the delivery of specific small to medium sized improvements and changes that impact operational areas. Assesses and documents the impact on Customer Operations of proposed changes. Identifies improvement opportunities and shares best practice across the Continuous Improvement Team. Manages relationships with all relevant stakeholders accountable for the delivery of business improvements, communicating with the Line Manager and the Operational Senior Leadership team.
