MOTOR CLAIMS HANDLER/CUSTOMER ADVISER with almost 11 years customer service experience, 5 years of which spent in the insurance industry.  Currently acting as a primary focal point for customer contact in a multi-channel environment. Deals with new and existing customers in relation to various insurance policies. Prior to this handled personal injury motor claims from cradle to grave.  Keen to return to a claims environment.
