UNDERWRITER with over 16 years experience gained in the insurance sector. Experience ranges from underwriting commercial packaged products, property portfolios, liability and personal lines through to motor claims handling both within an insurer and broker environment. Currently responsible for underwriting and administering profitable new business, mid-term adjustments and renewals within a delegated underwriting authority/licence framework. Type of policies underwritten and administered include but not limited to Excess of Loss, Liability Combined, Contractor, Non-Contractor and Specialist Schemes. Cover provided includes Employers Liability, Public and Products Liability, Contract Works, Material Damage, Business Interruption, Directors and Officers, Professional Indemnity and Terrorism. Reviews submissions and market presentations and writes business from £500 to £200,000 GWP.
