CUSTOMER SERVICE CONSULTANT with sales and customer service experience gained within various industry sectors including the insurance industry. Currently works in a busy call centre environment providing an excellent level of customer service, speaking to individuals over the phone, through web-chat and email. Prior to this role as a Service & Retention Consultant, exceeded sales targets and set new records for motor insurance, both new and existing business. Identified customers’ needs and identified opportunities to cross-sell where possible to maximise sales.  Looking for a new challenge back in insurance.
