SENIOR FLEXIBLE BENEFITS ADMINISTRATOR who has gained 9 years experience. Current role involves the design, set up and day to day administration of flexible/employee benefit packages for a portfolio of clients of various sizes (as small as 80, as large as 6000+). Develops bespoke flexible benefit packages for companies and liaises with the client, employees and benefit providers to ensure a seamless set up and reliable administration. Liaises with the HR, reward, payroll and finance departments of the clients on a daily basis. Updates system and benefits following salary reviews/bonus payments. Sets up/adjusts benefits accordingly for life events such as maternity/paternity, joining, retiring, leaving/redundancy, promotion and long term sickness.  Seeking an opportunity to develop career.

Applicant Qualifications

Has undertaken and passed several modules of the Diploma of Pension Calculations (DPC).  BA (Hons) Social Sciences 2:2.
