CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISER with 3 years experience gained in the insurance sector with additional experience gained within the commercial and public sectors. Currently liaises with brokers and claims handlers with regards to underwriting and product queries. Prior to this handled inbound calls from new and existing customers in relation to buildings, contents and motor policies. This involved processing mid-term adjustments and meeting KPI’s and sales targets.  Interested in looking at new opportunities within insurance to progress career.
