Has managed teams of up to 8 direct reports responsible for motivating, coaching and developing along with appraisals etc. Has implemented a revised structure to improve processes in the management of credit hire and repair and personal injury claims. Has managed third party property damage and personal injury claims up to £100,000. Specialising in personal injury.  IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE and keen to continue career within the industry. Negotiable on salary circa £40k.
