EMPLOYMENT PARALEGAL who has gained over 6 years’ experience within a variety of legal roles and within the insurance sector. In last role, worked as a sole in-house Employment Paralegal and assisted and managed caseloads of contentious and non-contentious work. Provided advice on all aspects of Employment Law to HR functions within the business, Managers dealing with dismissals and any day to day issues with employees. Also, with no case management system in place, liaised with lawyers to ensure the efficient management of caseloads and deadlines and put into place a guide of processes and procedures for Lawyers to follow.

Applicant Qualifications

Law LLB 1st Class Honours. Masters of Law and Practice (equivalent to LPC).
