EXPERIENCED TEAM LEADER & CLAIMS HANDLER who has gained over 8 years experience within the legal and financial services sectors including working within the in-house legal team of a supermarket retailer.
Has excellent knowledge of the MOJ Claims Portal and the claims process, including some litigation experience.
Currently a Team Leader in the casualty side of the business and looks after a team who handle Public Liability, Employers Liability, Product and Property Claims.
As the first point of contact for the client, can handle client relations whilst also managing and coaching a team of people who handle pre-litigated and litigated claims.
