SENIOR BUSINESS MANAGER with extensive insurance industry experience within broker, retail, corporate partner and insurer sectors. Proven track record of achievement and is experienced at working across all levels both internally and externally including key corporate partners, brokers and insurers to deliver buy-in and achievement of growth and profit targets, through existing and new products developments. Uses latest media to deliver sales improvements and coaching to both individuals and teams. This has included presenting at an annual conference to over 800 managers. Up to date understanding of all compliance and governance requirements ensuring all key contacts are supported at all times. Uses all available data and MI to measure performance against agreed targets and identify profitable growth opportunities.  Seeking a new challenge within the insurance, banking and retail markets using current knowledge in the UK insurance market whilst also looking for a new position that offers new challenges and development opportunities.
