SENIOR CLAIMS HANDLER who currently controls and monitors a mixed caseload of EL/PL and Motor claims from cradle to grave and deals with high value catastrophic injuries. Reviews insurance policy documents specifically the wording to ensure indemnity remains. Identifies terms of the policy which could render the cover void. Conducts site visits, interviewing witnesses and creating case reports. Instructs specialist third parties, such as building surveyors to prepare reports.
