CLAIMS BROKER who has gained industry experience spanning over 11 years. Currently responsible for a portfolio 370 claims for commercial clients of varying types. Sets up any new claims which come in from own allocated clients, obtaining the relevant information from them in order to check the policy for coverage and then reports the claim to insurers. As the claim progresses, will receive and respond to insurers making sure that the claims process is as easy for the client as possible, making sure that adds value for the client.
