CIVIL LITIGATION CASE HANDLER who has gained claims experience within a firm of solicitors. In his last role, held responsibility for preparing all pre-litigation procedures which dealt with Personal Injury, Public Liability and Employers Liability claims from new claims - right up to MOJ portal submission and transferring to stage 2 of the MOJ. Caseloads included but were not limited to preparing and submitting new and existing Motor Insurers Bureau (MIB) claims and settling such claims. Analysed all rejected claims, prepared them for re-submission to the MOJ Portal and referred any rejected claims to litigation. Dealt with Third-Party Insurers also.
