COUNTER FRAUD CLAIMS INSPECTOR who has gained over 19 years’ insurance industry experience which varies from uninsured loss recovery through to personal injury and fraud investigation. Currently responsible for liaising daily with the handlers in the office, discussing their cases dealing with various insurance products from motor, home, pet, travel and commercial. If the handlers cannot finalise the claim with the advice, they will then send the instructions over to arrange a face to face interview with the policyholder or third party. Is responsible for the full completion of the investigation. At the end of the investigation, completes a full written or dictated report, and sends this back to the handler with the findings, an overview of the evidence gathered along with opinions and recommendations of how they should proceed with the claim.
