OFFICE ASSISTANT/ADMINISTRATOR who has gained experience within a variety of roles. Currently working as a personal assistant/secretary in a commercial property firm. Responsibilities include dealing with incoming calls/receiving visitors and liaising with clients and suppliers. Diary Management, audio and copy typing, mail merges and brochure mail outs. Works closely with one other secretary to provide cover and assistance where necessary. Experienced in dealing with queries via email and telephone request.
