HIGHLY EXPERIENCED INSURANCE PROFESSIONAL CLAIMS MANAGER with a wealth of experience dealing with commercial property and household claims spanning over 20 years. An Insurance claims management specialist in driving value and improvement in property claims internally and within supply partners with industry leading knowledge of property claims supplier market. Has dealt with claims from inception to settlement to an agreed authority limit of £1.5M. Able to handle property damage, liability, personal injury, subsidence and fraud claims. Currently responsible for managing all Property suppliers and Loss adjusters for UK home and commercial claims areas. Manages, supports and motivates a team of supplier managers.
