PRINCIPAL CLAIMS OFFICER with claims handling experience gained within an insurance team. Able to handle a challenging and complex caseload in conjunction with managerial and other responsibilities. Currently responsible for managing a team of 4 claims handlers with responsibility for all EL & PL claims received across the county from cradle to grave. Handles claims up to a value of £500,000 in accordance with the Civil Procedure Rules and requirements of the Low Value personal injury Portal for EL/PL claims.
