Experienced in attending damage caused by fire, flood and vandalism, validating and repudiating claims and creating scopes of work for re-instatement. Has also assessed properties for damp and leaks and also testing for possible asbestos.

Applicant Qualifications

Associate of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. Dewpoint Drying Qualification. National BTEC Diploma Level 3 in Construction & Surveying.
