SENIOR CLAIMS HANDLER who until recently, worked in a team of claims handlers dealing with non-wheels based claims. These included but were not limited to, buildings and contents, director and officer, public and employer liability. Also handled large high net worth commercial accounts with all their motor claims, answering to the team manager. Gained a strong technical understanding of both non-wheels and wheels claims processes/procedures and best practice. Had delegated authority for claims up to £50,000.

Currently studying towards the Diploma of the Chartered Insurance Institute. Certificate of the Chartered Insurance Institute.
